Foodies of Dhanbad, were in for a delectable Asian adventure! The Pan Asian Food Festival at Sonotel Hotel, from May 25th to June 2nd, 2024 transformed The Spread Restaurant into a haven for Asian food lovers.

Dive into the classic Wonton Soup, a clear broth brimming with delicate dumplings and your choice of vegetables or chicken or taste the depths of a Malaysian Laksa, a flavorful vegetable or chicken noodle soup with a rich and satisfying broth or the creamy Burmese Khow Suey or the fragrant Thai Spinach Clear Soup with its lemongrass infusion.

For vegetarians, the colorful Veg Kofta Zea Roll, a vibrant combination of mixed vegetables and corn wrapped in a thin pancake, offered a delightful, healthy start along with stir-fried Crispy Baby Corn with Spinach or the fiery Crispy Paneer tossed in a Dragon Sauce . Seafood lovers indulged in Garlic Prawns and delicious Thai Chili Prawns. The festival explored the classic flavors of Lat Yue Pin, Chicken Popiya Tod Roll, or Tai Pai Chicken.

Unique flavors of Cottage Cheese in Pimento Sauce or Paneer in Tausi Sauce, both offered a unique experience to culinary enthusiasts wanting to try something new.

The Asian Food Festival also featured a variety of desserts, including classic Raisin Pancakes, the sweet and creamy Sankhya, and the refreshing Mango Pudding, providing the perfect ending to your Asian dining experience.
