Baisakhi Bhuribhoj combines this festive time for joy and reflection along with indulgence in delicious food. Our vegetarian options are a true highlight of the Bhuribhoj feast, with a range of dishes that showcase the rich flavors and textures of Bengali cuisine. Our Mochar Ghonto is a masterclass in texture and flavor, with tender banana florets and potatoes in a rich, spicy gravy.
