In celebration of the vibrant Season of Mangoes, Sonotel Hotels is proud to present Deewan-e-aam, a Mango Festival bursting with flavor! Mark your calendars, it runs from July 5th to July 14th, 2024.

Mangoes, revered as the king of fruits in India, are celebrated during this time for their sweet, tangy, and juicy goodness. Their versatility shines in Indian cuisine, and Sonotel Hotels captures this essence in a delectable array of dishes, offering a unique experience for your palette.

The menu for this festival has been curated to explore the versatility of mangoes. Savor Kairi ki Dal, a lentil dish made with raw mangoes, Aam Doi ke Kebab, a sweet and tangy savoury delight, Kairi Moong Salad, a refreshing treat amongst others. Tandoori lovers can enjoy Murgh Aam Malai Tikka, a tender chicken cooked in a creamy gravy with a mango essence. The festival also features dishes like ‘Kari Achari Macchi’ an exotic blend of tandoori fish flavoured with pickled mango, Prawn Mango Curry, Aam Paneer Pasanda amongst other mango themed delicacies.
