These delectable bite-sized portions are served as a group meal in our restaurant and are available in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

The Spread; Sonotel Hotels also offers Sushi, one of the most popular and iconic Pan Asian cuisines. Traditionally made with vinegared rice and seasoned with sugar, salt and other exotic spices, it combines seafood, meat and vegetables. Served with wasabi, soy sauce and pickled ginger, these dishes will definitely add an exclusive gastronomic encounter to your pallet.

The menu of this festival has been designed to provide the rich and extravagant tastes of different sushi and dim sum. Vegetarian sushi includes siracha veg tempura, fiery avocado sushi, and crunchy cheesy maki roll with zucchini sticks, wasabi mayo, and cheese sticks. Non-veg offerings include Peri Peri chicken sushi with crunchy chicken fry, teriyaki chicken sushi, EBI tempura and salmon sushi.

Our dim sum spread includes oriental spiced sauteed mushroom dumplings, creamy spinach and American corn dumplings, exotic vegetable dumplings and grilled cheese dumplings. We also offer different non-vegetarian dumplings such as prawn sui mai, flavoured chicken dumplings, and spicy chicken chilli-oil grilled dumplings to suit your palette.
